NIGHT ATTENDANT

Guard, complete and reassure that all general hotel tasks are being finalized by also completing any extra missions inquired by the hotels’ direction.

• Greek and English speaking expert

HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Supervise, clean and reassure that all rooms and public areas are maintained detailed cleaned by meeting the right standards. Assist in controlling & managing the housekeeping supply orders by also establishing shift-working schedules for the housekeeping department.

• Knowledge expert in all Greek vineyards and wine types.
• General knowledge expert of European vineyards and wine types.

SOUS CHEF

Follow, prepare and supervise the culinary gastronomic dishes by reassuring an excellent guests experience. Manage and direct all food orders and supplies. Reassure that the kitchen staff is following all control and key processes. Maintain and respond to all guests’ and hotel management inquiries.
